Salus Fußbodenheizung - Seite 3

SALUS GVU is a complete floor heating shunt solution for underfloor heating with underfloor heating manifold, shunt and circulation pump built together in one unit. Our circulation pump is a 6m pump with capacity up to 16 zones. The underfloor heating manifold is a high flow manifold with manual balancing of each circuit. Each valve has a built-in manual flow control which is very easy to adjust. Instructions on how to balance the circuit can be found in the distributor box.The SALUS GVM floor heating manifold has a manual vent on each pipe and a drain valve with 1/2 ”thread for hose. The Inlet thermostat has a temperature setting of 20 to 55 degrees Celsius. Manifold pipe connection is 1 ", and connection to water for the heat supply is 3/4" socket, and threads to the actuator are 30 x 1.5 mm.

The THB23031 is an auto balancing actuator that is used to provide automatic balancing of your underfloor heating circuits. It has two temperature sensors that are connected to the UFH flow and return pipes (inlet and outlet of the UFH manifold). It will continuosly measure the temperatures and adjust the actuator position to maintain the correct temparatur differential between the manifold flow and return pipes (Delta T). This product has an IP54 rating means that the produkt will be protected against contamination from limited amounts of dust and other particles. Additionally, it will be protected from water sprays from all directions. ITG Dresden have confirmed that the Salus THB actuator is equivalent to the hydraulic balancing. In co-operation with ITG Dresden, The Salus THB actuator has been tested and improved. During independent testing it was confirmed that the installation of the Salus THB system in existing underfloor heating system will achieve the same results as a conventional balancing.
