VSH 90° bend nipple/muff in 22mm forzinc steel. VSH XPress in forzinc steel is a complete system with fittings and pipes ranging from 12mm to 108mm for heating and cooling systems. Benefits include compatibility with most universal M-profile pressing tools, a complete system program including fittings, pipes, and valves, leak before pressed O-rings, laser-welded joints that are pressure tested, precise tolerances allowing easy insertion of the pipe into the fitting. It is suitable for all types of pipes that comply with EN10305-3 (formerly DIN2394). Technical specifications include fittings made of RSt34-2 galvanized steel and EPDM packing with LBP (leak before pressed) technology. It can handle water media at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +110°C at a maximum pressure of 16 bar.
