The AQUAPHOR Glass Jug combines elegant design with effective water purification, providing fresh, great-tasting water while serving as a stylish accent in your home.

Included with the jug is the Maxfor+ cartridge, which efficiently removes chlorine, heavy metals (including lead), pesticides, pharmaceuticals, microplastics, and other common tap water contaminants.

The jug is crafted from high-quality, dishwasher-safe glass, free from cadmium and lead. Lightweight at under 1.3 kg (empty), its stable, round shape helps prevent accidental spills, making it both practical and elegant.

The AQUAPHOR MAXFOR+ replacement filter delivers comprehensive protection against common tap water impurities. It enhances taste and odor while helping reduce scale buildup in hard water. The cartridge effectively minimizes water hardness, chlorine, heavy metals, iron, pesticides, organic compounds, and other contaminants.

Powered by Aqualen™, a patented ion-exchange fiber with a surface area 33 times larger than conventional materials, MAXFOR+ ensures superior filtration performance. Combined with high-density, extra-fine activated carbon, it provides exceptional purification and irreversibly binds heavy metal ions such as lead, iron, mercury, and even radioactive isotopes.

Its universal oval shape fits most water filter jugs from major brands across the EU, UK, and USA.

The J.SHMIDT 500 replacement filter cartridge (also known as JS 500) is designed to purify drinking water when used with the J.SHMIDT 500 portable water filtration system.

Thanks to the synergy of AQUAPHOR’s proprietary technologies, this compact device delivers exceptional purification efficiency. It combines sorption and microfiltration for thorough cleaning. Instead of standard granular carbon found in regular filter jugs, the J.SHMIDT 500 employs an activated composite material with AQUALEN, a patented ion-exchange microfiber. A hollow fiber membrane further enhances filtration, capturing particles as small as 0.1 microns, effectively removing bacteria, parasites, and chlorine-resistant cysts.
