Hypershell X Pro S Exoskeleton

The powered exoskeleton is designed to provide intelligent movement assistance for trekking, hiking, and other activities requiring extended physical effort. Equipped with dual motors delivering up to 800 W combined power and 18 N·m torque, it supports leg movement and reduces strain by compensating for additional loads of up to 30 kg.

The integrated HyperIntuition system continuously analyzes the user’s movement patterns and adjusts assistance according to walking speed, terrain, and activity level. This enables smooth and natural support without noticeable delays, helping reduce fatigue during long walks, climbs, and demanding routes.

Ten adaptive assistance modes automatically optimize operation for different activities, including walking, fast walking, running, stair climbing, uphill and downhill movement, and uneven terrain. The system adjusts support automatically, eliminating the need for frequent manual configuration.

The 72 Wh battery provides up to 17.5 km range in Eco mode and can be charged separately from the exoskeleton for improved convenience. With a net weight of 1.8 kg and a total operating weight of 2.6 kg including the battery, the lightweight construction is designed for extended use.

The frame combines stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and carbon-fiber-reinforced PA612 plastic to achieve a balance between durability and weight reduction. IP54 protection provides resistance against dust and splashes, while the operating temperature range from -10°C to 60°C allows use in various environments.

The foldable design reduces the transport size to 430 × 260 × 125 mm with a volume of only 6.5 L, making the exoskeleton easy to store and transport in luggage or a larger hiking backpack.
