Hypershell X Max S Exoskeleton
Advanced powered exoskeleton designed to assist movement during trekking, hiking, and outdoor activities. Equipped with dual motors delivering up to 1000 W output and 22 N·m torque, it provides active leg assistance and compensates for loads up to 39 kg. Features intelligent motion recognition, 10 assistance modes, a 72 Wh battery, and a lightweight foldable design.
The integrated HyperIntuition system analyzes movement patterns in real time and automatically adjusts assistance according to the user’s activity. This enables smooth and natural support without requiring manual adjustments. Ten intelligent assistance modes provide optimized operation for different activities, including walking, running, climbing stairs, uphill and downhill movement, and trail use.
A 72 Wh battery provides up to 30 km range in Eco30 mode, while the system supports assisted speeds of up to 25 km/h. The lightweight construction weighs 1.7 kg net and 2.6 kg with all components installed, allowing comfortable use over extended periods.
The frame combines stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and carbon-fiber-reinforced PA612 plastic for a balance of strength and low weight. With IP54 protection and operating temperatures from -10°C to 60°C, the exoskeleton is designed for use in various outdoor environments.
The foldable design reduces the transport size to 450 × 260 × 125 mm and a volume of only 6.5 L, making it suitable for storage in vehicles, bags, or larger hiking backpacks.
