Pillar - Sony PlayStation 4 - Abenteuer - PEGI 7

Pillar is a collection of mini-games that represent different characters with unique personalities. Each character's personality is expressed solely through game mechanics, so you learn more about each person as you play! For example, introverts must limit their contact with others in a series of stealth tasks, while extroverts must work together to recreate the light in an intimate snowy city. Pillar mixes brain-twisting puzzles with nonverbal storytelling that expresses philosophical themes entirely through gameplay.

Personalities:

Distant - An introverted boy who sees the big picture in life but struggles with the details. Being with other people drains him of energy, so he has to plan clever distractions far away to get through town.

Focused - An introverted girl who sees the trees but not the forest. She can focus on certain parts of her surroundings, but this creates blind spots that she must be aware of, while also limiting her contact with others.

Giving - A poor girl whose only possessions are a lamp and the clothes on her back. She doesn't have much to give away in the way of material possessions, but her generosity is crucial to restoring light in a city full of broken lampposts.

Capable - A wealthy businessman who has the ability to fix all the city's lampposts, but his greedy tendencies seem to leave more of a mess than there was before.

Enduring -A mysterious woman who is on a quest to collect as many orbs as possible in the city. No matter how many times she fails, she keeps coming back in a new form.

Renewing - A strange man whose sole purpose seems to be to follow Enduring's personality. It seems he wants to stop her from succeeding, but maybe there's more to his motives than meets the eye.
