Thanks to Galaxy AI and advanced sensors in the watch, you can take a fitness test outdoors both by bike and by running. It takes approx. 10 minutes!

When you run or cycle in the same place you've trained before, you can be motivated by comparing your previous pace in real time. You can also use the personal heart rate zones, which help you develop the training at the pace you want. Even when you swim, the sensors are active and Galaxy AI records your breaths and analyzes your heart rate. Here, too, you see results about how your form is doing different distances and intensities.

Maximize your cycling training
You can do an advanced exercise test on a bicycle thanks to Galaxy AI. Connect Samsung Health and cycle for more than 10 minutes with a watch on while making use of Functional Threshold Power (FTP) generation. The more often you repeat it, the higher the accuracy will be FTP.

Create overview for multisport
You can easily create multiple fields for different training programs and sports, for example triathlon. With the shortcut button you can switch instantly between different fields.

Galaxy AI reads the shape of the day Galaxy AI in the watch analyzes the sensors constant heart rate measurement during sleep and when you are awake. The watch tells you about your daily form, and you get a personal plan for training, rest and sleep. If your heart rate is irregular for a while, you'll get a notification so you can take an EKG via the watch to get more information.
