The Darkflash PMT850A3 is a high-performance 850W ATX power supply built for demanding systems, offering full support for ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 standards. Certified 80 Plus Gold, the PMT850A3 achieves up to 91% efficiency under typical loads at 230V. It also meets ErP Lot 3 2014 standards for low standby consumption (<0.5W) and uses a highly efficient 99% active PFC circuit to ensure consistent voltage and reduced electromagnetic interference.
Built on a powerful single +12V rail rated at 70.8A, it provides ample, stable power to GPUs and CPUs, while a DC-to-DC conversion design ensures stable +5V and +3.3V outputs. Internal components include high-grade 105°C-rated Japanese capacitors and a robust EMI filter, delivering clean, reliable performance even under stress.
Thermal performance is enhanced by a 120mm hydro-dynamic bearing fan that operates silently under low load and ramps up only when needed. Ventilation is optimized through square and hexagonal cutouts for smooth airflow and thermal dissipation.
