Daler-Rowney Georgian Oil Damar Varnish 75 ml is a removable varnish leaving a low gloss finish when apply in a thin coat. It is perfect to protect paintings and to intensify their colours. It dries hard and clear in just a few hours and can be removed with turpentine or white spirits. Instructions of use: apply a thin layer of Georgian Oil Varnishes on top of your paintings when dry. Use with a clean brush. By their very nature, oil paints are incompatible with water and therefore need specific mediums, diluents and varnishes to be used, protected and cleaned to perfection. Daler-Rowney Georgian Oil offers a large choice of oil mediums tailored to give professional artists and art students alike all the tools needed to create, depending on the surfaces used, the required finishes and preferred working properties.
