Ancel Diagnostic Leak Detector L300

Ancel L300 is a portable, workshop-grade leak detector combining Air and Smoke testing in one unit for a wide range of vehicle subsystems: intake, EVAP, EGR, exhaust, cooling, crankcase, turbocharger and cabin leaks. Two independent operating modes let you switch between pressurizing (Air) and visual smoke tests quickly; separate pump and smoke controls simplify setup and diagnostics.

The integrated smoke generator produces dense smoke at roughly 6–8 L/min, enough to reveal micro-leaks with only about 20 ml of test oil. A front-facing digital pressure gauge with selectable units (PSI/Bar/kPa/kg/cm²) provides precise pressure readouts and helps you monitor pressure decay during air tests. An adjustable flow meter lets you control smoke output and interpret leak size by observing flow stability or drops.

Built-in protections—automatic overheat shutdown at 75°C and anti-frost capability down to −20°C—ensure reliable operation in demanding shop environments. The unit includes an internal air pump so no external compressor is required; an oil level window prevents dry running. Supplied accessories cover most workshop needs: power cord with crocodile clips, 2.5 m hose, universal sealing and tapered adapters, smoke dispersion tip, spare service adapter, oil funnel, hanging hook and a user manual.
