Sunlu PLA High-Speed Filament - Green
Sunlu PLA High-Speed Green is designed for faster FDM printing while maintaining clean surfaces and defined details. Even at standard printing speeds of up to 100 mm/s, the filament is formulated to produce smoother models than conventional PLA. Its improved material structure also handles overhangs effectively, with angles below 70° achievable without supports in suitable conditions. The green finish gives printed parts a distinct appearance, while the filament's rapid cooling characteristics make it suitable for projects where shorter print times and efficient material use are priorities.
Its modified material structure improves the way the filament handles overhangs. At angles below 70°, supports may not be required, depending on the geometry and printing conditions. This can reduce both material consumption and the amount of work needed before and after printing, particularly on models with complex shapes.
The filament also has a high crystallization temperature and cures rapidly during printing. According to Sunlu, its heat dissipation efficiency is increased by up to 180%, helping the material cool quickly and reducing the tendency for excess material to remain around the nozzle. This is particularly useful when printing at higher speeds or with dynamic settings.
Sunlu PLA High-Speed Green is compatible with most FDM 3D printers and uses a low-temperature printing process. It is suited to projects where print speed, efficient cooling, and reduced support requirements are more important than simply using a conventional PLA formulation.
