Equipped with advanced event detection, this dash cam records driving impacts, parking impacts, sudden acceleration, hard braking, sharp turns, and overspeeding using its built-in G-Sensor and GPS. The buffered recording feature ensures that event clips include the moments leading up to the incident, providing a comprehensive view of any situation.

To protect your most important clips, the DR970X Plus II includes an Event File Protection function that prevents critical footage from being overwritten. It can safeguard up to 50 event recordings, ensuring that vital evidence is preserved.

For parking protection, the dash cam offers two standard modes: motion detection and time lapse. Motion detection records a 1-minute buffered video when motion is detected, while time lapse mode records continuously at 1 frame per second, ideal for busy parking areas. Both modes include pre-impact recording, capturing 1-minute clips that start 10 seconds before an impact.
